How can I book?

You can book online by selecting your castle and following the instructions, over the phone at 086 261 2604 or send an email to hire@BounceHouse.ie

How much notice do I need to give to book a unit?

Whilst there is no set time to book, the earlier you book the better, this avoids missing out on your desired unit.

Is my Garden big enough?

Bouncehouse.ie are able to supply Bouncy Castles, Obstacle Courses and Disco Domes in many different sizes to your area. We do recommend a 1-meter gap between the unit and your fence/house.

Will you confirm my booking?

Yes. We will send you a confirmation email once the booking has been made.

What happens if I cancel?

BounceHouse.ie understands that on occasion cancellation is necessary, we do not charge a cancellation fee for this, all we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible so as we can hire out the unit to another customer.

What if the unit does not fit my garden?

It is your responsibility to ensure the unit booked will fit the space you need, we will however endeavour to find a suitable replacement unit if possible.

Do I need to do anything before delivery?

Yes, you must ensure that the area being used and any access points are clear of obstructions.

**Note we will not deliver a unit if the area is not suitable, that means the area must be clear of all animal droppings, glass or other, that may either damage the unit or force ourselves to clean the underside of the unit before the next hire. **

What will you do on delivery?

We will set the unit up for safe operation, we will explain and show you the correct operational procedure. We will also do a walk around so you can ask any questions you may have.

The hirer will be responsible for the safe operation and supervision of any people that use the unit whilst the unit is under their care.

What happens if the unit is damaged whilst in my care?

Under our terms and conditions, the hirer will be responsible for the repair/replacement cost for any damage that occurs to the unit whilst under their care.

Where will you deliver?

We deliver to all areas of Kilkenny, Carlow, Waterford. Tipperary (South).
